Fillers
Injectable temporary fillers help restore youthful vibrancy by restoring the fullness to the face. They work to create a smoother appearance by filling in facial wrinkles. Fillers can be used as a “non-surgical face lift” as it provides a similar benefit to the face without the downtime of surgery. However, fillers cannot improve excess sagging skin, although they do work to add more volume to the targeted area.
The Approach
Fillers are injected into the specific treatment area to provide immediate results. Fillers are not permanent, and they do require regular maintenance to ensure the best results. Patients will work with Dr. Harris and Angie, the nurse injector, to determine the appropriate treatment schedule based on the needs of the individual.
Other Treatment Options
Dr. Harris uses a few different fillers as part of his services, including Beautical® (a longer lasting filler), Juvéderm®, Restylane® and Perlane®. It is also not uncommon for treatment to be combined with Botox® for optimal results.
